Application for Philippine Education Placement Test

Availability of service: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Who may avail of the service?

  1. Drop-outs from the Elementary and Secondary Schools for at least one (1) year
  2. Learners who have never attended a formal school
  3. Learners who are presently employed and need to upgrade their academic level
  4. Over-aged learners

What are the requirements?

  1. Original and two (2) photocopies of duly authenticated NSO issued Birth Certificate
  2. Two (2) pieces of identical, recently taken 1x1 photo
  3. Original and two (2) photocopies of school records:
    Elementary Level – Form 137 (Transcript of Records) or Form 138 (Report Card) - with seal and Principal's signature
    Secondary Level – Form 137 (Transcript of Records) - with seal and Principal's signature
  4. Photocopy of School Permit to Operate / Government Recognition (for applicants from private schools)
  5. Registration Fee (non-refundable)
    Regular administration (every November) - P50.00
    Walk-in/Special Administration – P200.00
Steps(s)/Procedure(s) Fee Processing Time
1.Client registers in the nearest Division Office/School Testing Center for regular administration of PEPT Within 10 minutes
2. SDO provides registration form to client Within 30 minutes
3. Client submits properly filled-up registration form with the requirements Within 10 minutes
4. SDO receives and checks filled-up registration form with the requirements Within 3 to 4 hours
5. Client pays to authorized employee of the Schools Division Office Processing Fee P50.00 Within 5 minutes
6. Client takes the exam on the scheduled date and place Within 3 to 4 hours
7. SDO releases the result of the PEPT to client Within 4 to 5 months
8. Client receives the result of exam Within 15 minutes
