Performance Management

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 entitled: Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, the Schools Division Office – Marikina City shall present the guidelines, and the requirements in the management of the performance of all teaching and non-teaching personnel in the following phases:

  • Phase I - Performance Planning and Commitment
  • Phase II - Performance Monitoring and Coaching
  • Phase III - Performance Review and Evaluation
  • Phase IV - Performance Rewarding and Development Planning

Likewise, in its endeavor to reach the Maturity Level 2 of PRIME HRM, DepEd contextualized the standard policies and guidelines to be used in the performance management of teachers ( DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2017, National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST); of school heads (DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2020, National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads (PPSSH); and of Supervisors (DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2020, National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Supervisors (PPSS).
